TokenTailors is built around a particular kind of engineer: senior, hands-on, and happier proving an improvement than describing one. The work is production LLM systems across varied client codebases — retrieval pipelines, LangGraph agents, eval harnesses, cost and latency engineering — always in the client's repository, always with a measurable definition of done.

Consulting here means variety without churn: engagements are long enough to do real engineering, varied enough that you will see more failure modes of LLM systems in a year than most product teams see in three. You will write, too — our tutorials come from the work, and the people who did the work write them.
